Fashion designer Kathryn Marie Gallagher, whose lifeless body was discovered in her Manhattan apartment last July, has now been identified as the victim of a homicide. The New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner has confirmed that Gallagher’s death was caused by acute intoxication from a lethal combination of fentanyl, p-fluorofentanyl, and ethanol.
Authorities responded to a distress call on July 24, 2022, regarding an unresponsive woman found in her Eldridge Street apartment. Upon arrival, officers discovered Gallagher deceased on her bed. It wasn’t until recently that the deceased woman was publicly identified as Kathryn Marie Gallagher, aged 35.
